Therefore, we do not write storyboards or collaborate with SMEs to develop courses. Additionally, please note that animation work is not included in our subscription plan. If you require an explainer animation, kindly request it as a separate one-time project.

Once subscribed, you can submit as many requests as you want, and we will tackle them in the order they appear in your queue each business day. If our initial design doesn't meet your expectations, we'll keep revising it until you're completely satisfied.

We have integrated all our services into MS Teams. Once you're invited to your collaboration space, you can submit a brief and track your project with ease, all in one place. We have developed an easy-to-use form to help us capture all the key requirements and information for your project. This form ensures that we don’t miss anything and accurately understand your needs. Once the form is submitted, we use Project Tracker to monitor your project’s progress. You can access Project Tracker to get real-time updates and stay informed every step of the way.

We place a high value on efficiency. While we are open to an initial video call at the start of a project if necessary, we strongly prefer to handle subsequent communications through email or platforms like MS Teams. This approach allows us to dedicate more time to actual work and serve you better.

On average, design requests or basic interactions are completed within two business days. The development timeline for courses varies based on their complexity and scope. Simple Rise and Storyline courses are typically completed within a week, while more advanced and intricate courses may take around two weeks.
