2018-2019

Francis establishes the Digital Learning Specialist team in Online Education Services to deliver interactive multimedia learning experiences in collaboration with Learning Design team.

2019-2020

Brian and Aik join the Digital Learning Specialists as Designer and Specialist to elevate the quality of online units and visual consistency across disciplines and partners.

2021-2023

Together Brian, Francis, and Aik have transformed the Digital Learning Team as integral to Learning Design and propelled OES successfully to two learning design industry awards.

2023-Present

ED Beans was planted in 2023 by Brian, Francis and Aik. Driven by their shared vision, the ED Beans team are dedicated to making a positive impact on the future of online learning through design.

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the dynamic eLearning industry, Brian is deeply passionate about creating engaging, interactive, and immersive learning experiences that genuinely motivate learners and consistently help them achieve their ambitious goals. He loves to find innovative, creative solutions that significantly enhance the learning experience for his clients and learners.

Aik Chin Teoh

Having spent many years in the design industry, Aik thrives on producing imagery that speaks to a broad spectrum of audiences. She expertly turns complex ideas into meaningful and engaging visuals. Aik's work tells compelling stories that enhance the learning experience. Her blend of creativity, visual strategy and expertise ensures learners are not just educated but truly captivated, consistently helping them meet their aspirations.

Lead Learning Designer

Francis Flores

Currently a Lead Learning Designer in Online Education Services, Francis has led creative teams to successful delivery of educational projects and push boundaries in online learning experiences. As Lead Digital Learning Specialist, Francis led the design and implementation of interactive learning strategies to elevate educational experiences. He loves to unpack frictionless learning at length and bring up random facts at the most opportune moments.
